I totally agree!!! hahahaha bw!

I was waiting for a response from my real-estate agent last night, and was a little surprised when he didn't even seam to notice the camera LOL. he did ask when we first headed out if I had a camera with me which I affirmed. then after I had taken pictures throughout 2 houses already he noticed the camera (40D+BG-E2n+17-40 F4 +580ExII) when we were climbing back into his truck. he said "wow! that is a camera!, I thought you were carrying around a cooler or something." I just smiled and said "thanks".

I guess that setup is invisible! :) gotta remember that haha.

Not quite a "comment" But, at a recent fashion week after the show, one of the models was passing by in the hallway & i was standing there along with a few photgs, they asked her for a few pics & she posed , i was a little lazy so didnt change the lens ..had 70-200 on while everyone else was on a 17-40 or 18-55, so i went to one side alone expecting some offbeat shots since with the long one it wouldnt focus but got in some great shots ........, usually when there is a large group of photogs..one has to call out to the model to look into their camera ,, but due to the big white , the model kept on looking at my camera ..that too without me calling her out at all ... and I was like alone on one side to which she turned , and the rest of the group were a bit jealous im sure :p

I anticipated that I would get comments this weekend at an earth day festival and I wasn't dissaponted. I had the usual "Wow, that's a big camera!" comments but I was surprised to hear "I bet that camera takes good pictures" I so badly wanted reply that the photographer wasn't too bad either. I was carrying my 5dMKII and 70-200mm f/2.8. Then the one comment I thought was funny "That's one of them $10 cameras isn't it?" I couldn't help but laugh.

Saturday night I got the "Are you the photographer?" question.

No, I'm just a guy with $3K worth of electronics hanging off his shoulder, scarfing down chicken fingers from the kid's buffet and I don't know anyone here....

Depending on what she is wearing you might be able to, especially if you have the camera converted to Inferred. Many synthetic fibers are almost completely transparent to IR even when dyed.

For some reason, people always ask me if my rebel XS with a grip is a 1d or a 5d.

My white lenses scare people more often than anything, though.

Shooting a portrait type shot with my 70-200 (was only lens I had at the time) and the freestyle MX rider said to me `best you not be taking photos of my pimples, or I will run you down on the bike..` Slight giggle but with all the tattoos and piercings he could well have been serious haha.
