Hey Take my Picture ~ from some random guy that was playing during the same game as above. I hit the FEL button a couple of times, and he went on his happy way.

I do that with my kids when they are too close for my lens, but it backfires when they ask to see the photo on the LCD. That's the problem with kids who are growing up during the digital age.

He is still disappointed every time when my 80 year old grandmother can't show him the picture because she still uses film.

Kids growing up in the digital age hey - not just them.
I have an 18 month old daughter who reaches up and tries to turn the camera - insisting on seeing the shot on the back...

yeah, i meant 'kids' meaning that it's infants/babys too - and technology is easy because it's meant to be - meaning it's also easy for children to understand and manipulate it...
babies + remote controls for televisions =different channel & volume @ 100%

This past Sunday I was at Disneyland with my 1DII + 17-40. One of the "cast members" (all Disney employees are referred to as cast members) asked me if I had noticed being tailed by security. With a stunned look on my face I asked her why, and she said that on days there are celebrities in the park, security will follow who they assume to be paparazzi!

At my son's baseball game last week, I was using my 70-200 f2.8L on my gripped 30D. One of the Mom's comes up to me and said "I wouldn't want to be your neighbor!" I guess from fear I would take her picture. I told her my neighbors don't care, they actually run a porn site out of their house, which is true! Not sure who would be looking at the site though if you saw them.

It would've helped if Goincarcrazy had quoted whatever comeback he is referring to...
