It wasn't me, but the photographer tried to walk down a muddy incline at an off-road race track this weekend and down he went. I went down the previous morning and got some mud on my grip & lens hood. Not to mention my hands, leg, and backside.

He broke a 400 2.8 and two mkIII's in a two week span and didn't care. He's making bank though. I've seen him setup mkII remote camera's in places where it's basically a one time use placement. I always ask him, "what are you gonna destroy today?". What makes it interesting is the fact that he doesn't have camera insurance. Camera Gear
