Interesting colors. Robin you say? I've never seen a Robin with these colors, but then I'm not much of a birder either. Nicely framed and shot.

Hmm I know what you mean. The orange came out a little dark in this shot. BTW it was taken at sunset which may explain it.

Probably the origin for the American Robin. No doubt the American Robin has evolved into a much more aggressive, rude, bird.

Good shot of the Robin, nicely focused with good detail and good catch-light in the eye, well done.

It's a great pose of a nosey robin, looking in through the window.

The colours do seem a trifle 'over-cooked', but as you say it was evening.

Titus213. The early settlers called anything with a red breast a 'robin', hence 'your' robin's name, but an entirely different species.

Don't procrastinate if you can put it off 'til tomorrow!

Nice shot Seanm. I would have left a little more space on the right side of the bird as he seems a bit crowded in the frame. Still a nice shot.

Titus213 the American Robin is actually a species of thrush. Our British and European friends have thrush species as well but none are coloured quite like the American Robin.
