Going to some of the Bucs paractices here. I dont want to lug anything more then 1 camera and lens.

ef 100-400mm or 70-200 2.8 or another suggestion which I probably can fill.

from my experience at these camps (though awhile ago) sometimes the action can get far away, so I would say the 100-400.

If I had one, I would have used the 100-400 today. I don't....so I brought my 70-200. A 1.4x tcon would have helped.
