I downloaded the Beta of Lightroom and when I open a file the colors are way off, greenish-yellow and bright.
What do I have to do to correct this?

Um... Hi

You may want to check the effect changing the White balance will have on the image. Click on the Develop section at the top of the window and try the different options available when you press on the White Balance popup.

The only way to get a normal looking color is to turn off color managment, and ignore the EXIF data from the picture.

What part of "What are your color settings in PS?" is hard to understand? ;)

I bet your color settings are all over the place. Try to make your photoshop options look like Rene's, that should help. You might like to try without the Adobe Gamma loaded too.
