After becoming an addict with GPS in car, I am so happy to see that camera manufacturers are utilizing this marvelous inversion of century in the digital cameras. So now looking at EXIF you can find exact pinpoint location of that bird or that scene, should you desire to pay a visit.
I see Nikon has option for GPS on more expensive models such as D2X (external link) and possibly D200.
Do you know which camera has an integrated GPS if any or in near future. I am especially interested in Canon models.

I don't think that any of the Canon's have integrated GPS. I did see something in the August issue of Popular Photography. Basically, it is a GPS enabled thumb drive. You sync its clock with your cameras clock, and when you download pics you can tell exactly where you shot the pic.http://www.trackstick.com/ (external link)

Integrated, none. Nikon has DSLRs that will accept input from a GPS receiver and embed that data in your EXIF; Canon doesn't even do that (and I wish they would!).
