Do you have one for sale or is this "marketing research", i.e. are you thinking of producing them?

I think it would be a really handy little gadget for the camera bag. especially if it had USB to download software updates for newer cameras etc

It doesnt have to, if you throw in wireless then all you do is point and shoot and the server at the other end (you have to pay a subscription fee) will do all the processing hereto making the device the size of your fingernail and light as a feather.

HKFEVER, PM me and I will help you with the design of it.

If you were to design a market such a device, I think that's cool, and I might even consider one. IMHO, it would be 100 times cooler if it had a distance finder built in though, to take away any guesswork (because some lenses just don't have distance scales on them).

As for any accompianing software, what would be the need? All this thing needs as input is distance, lens focal length, camera format, and your f-number.

That product looks like nothing more than a couple of laminated sheets of cardstock, sort of like the ones I could make myself with DOF Master. I believe that HKFEVER has something a little more gadgety in mind.

Something along the lines of a laser range finder is what I was thinking?
