Adobe is having a special for those using elements. You can upgrade to the full CS2 for $299. Here is the link:

I just tried this. It doesn't work with the stand alone Elements. It says this version does not qualify. The language is pretty confusing, but it looks like you had to have purchased a bundled Elements to get this deal.

To upgrade from the standard Elements 4.0 it's $499.
