I have a SLR rebel XT, and have no idea what i'm doing! :lol: I bought a few books on it like the pip guide but both were lost in the mail :rolleyes:

I was hoping you guys could sujest some books for me to read to help me get a better understanding of how to use this camera.. I'd like to learn about apatures, focal lenghts and iso's... Along with every thing else...

Mate have a look at the two stickied threads that sit on top of the 'Talk About Photography' Forum.
I have been using them myself and there are tons of links and guids to digital photography there. Happy reading ! :D

As posted by Grain, please review the "Photography Basics- Books & Links" thread at the top of this discussion room. This will give you a great idea of what to read and where to look. I have found the following two books very helpful:

1. The New Manual of Photography
2. National Geographic Photography Field Guide: Secrets to Making Great Pictures, Second Edition

Good luck with your learning, have fun and take lots of pictures.
