I think it would be best if you provided a link to that photo as opposed to posting it. I think the shooter might not be too thrilled at seeing his/her work posted without proper credit.

I have way too many to choose just one, so I kept these small.

In this last one, we just won the first round playoff game in the very last second of the game. The coach literally staggered onto the field, hugging players as they came up to him. It may not be a sports action shot, but it was a hell of a moment. Follow this link for a more detailed write up on that moment:

Fixed, thank you. I spent all day taking individual and group shots of cross country, tennis, golf, cheerleading and football. Of course, football took the most amount of time, and is currently the only thing baked into my head aside from the sunburn.

I shoot a fair amount of different sports  Recently, I've become profoundly bored with my football images and I've generally gained more pleasure from shooting other sports. However, yesterday, I grabbed the shot below which tickled my fancy a wee bit.

I guess one's favourite sporting image varies on a day-to-day basis. I'm sure this one will soon be consigned to the 'Not bad, but could do better' file!

Some great shots have been posted here - very enjoyable. Keep 'em coming. I've got quite a few projects on the go at the moment, so I won't be around much over the next few weeks... it's a very busy time of year, but I'll stop by whenever I can and have a peek at this thread. Jubbly.

EDIT: Also some of my favourite sports images can be found in the links here: http://www.photography-on-the.net …hp?p=992032&postcount=144

Jerry ~ Baseball is a game where only defensive players handle the ball and offensive players who hit successfully in only one third of their at bats are among the best in the sport.
