I am an amature photographer and I really love it! I am obviously having some lighting issues but I would like to know what other photographers think of my pictures. My husband frequents this forum often and has been asking me to make this post however I am kind of afraid of getting my pictures torn apart. I am pretty sensitive when it comes to my pictures but have come to the point where I need to know how they really are.

Here is a link to my gallery.

The gallery has just a small portion.

Thanks for your opinions.

No need to be afraid to post your photos for comment & critique, if you want to learn and get better.:)
Like MHP said, i saw some good ones and some not-so-good ones. Quite a few can become even better with some post processing. I'm not a Photoshop guru but i have seen what it can do to an already good photo.
Instead of posting the entire gallery, you can pick which photos you like others to comment on, or like to see what the Photoshop gurus can do to the photos.
You can post individual photo by using the

tags. Place the url of the photo in between those tags. For example,

....and Wala!

Thanks for the info. Ill remember to do that next time.

I do very little post processing...I am learning as I go. :)

I also think there is a mixture of good and not the best images. I don't think any are bad though. The one thing I saw pop up a few times has to do with croping. There is the occasional elbow, head, etc. that gets cropped off. I think a little looser (if that is the right term) crop would help with that. Otherwise, I think it is a really good start.
