Hi all.

plz help me

I run a online company selling products over the internet.
SOme are small items some are slightly bigger...

I take all the photos myself for my ebay store and my web site..
But i feel they could be better

I have a digi camera ( thinking of buying a Nikon D50 actually )
i also have a photo booth and 2 studio lights... but sometimes i get a blue effect..

anyway the reason for my post is.

I have found courses at barnfield luton college.. and other colleges but they are more aimed at taking a pic and getting it onto the pc... then doing stuff with it.

I want a more hands on course... learning about light effects and so on...
i just cant find anything...

any 1 klnow where to try ? dunstable had a good course but it was a degree course and cost £830
to much for me...

any help and info
Many thanks
Richard

Try getting Floodlight from WHSmith. They have a range of course (not sure about photography but worth flicking through it).

Not sure about your area, but in Harrow where i live they do different levels of photography courses starting september in the colleges.

My Canon can.. I just need to find out how

Floodlight is a large bumper sized magazine full of courses covering all sorts of hobbies and courses. I believe it is published several times a year and you should be able to find it in your WHSmith. The only thing is, i'm not sure if it covers just London, or other areas around the UK.

The college near me is Harrow College, but they have other colleges as well based at Harrow Weald and Stanmore.

Hope that helps.
