So my 135mm L needs fixing. It gives me error 01 when trying to take a picture. Focusing is also a problem.

I have the warranty card but not receipt because I bought it from the B&S forum used.

How do I go about getting it fixed under warranty?

thanks

You might be SOL. If the manufacture date is stil within the warranty period then they might honor it. In all the times that I have had things at a Canon Service Center, they have always asked for a receipt and didn't even want to see the warranty card.

Good luck in any event.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

So why did the seller not give me a copy of the receipt? He is a reputable seller on FM.

Only you and he can answer that question. Send him an e-mail and see if he can help you out.
