Everybody, meet my little harlequin shrimp. He lives with a damsel fish (yellowtail) and a lionfish (antennatas), a maroon clownfish and a boxer shrimp.

Taken with Sigma 150 @ f/9 - 1DmkII

Lighting via 580EX on OCSC from top left angle.

Any way to have made this shot better?
Other than viewing angle, the shrimp kept giving me its profile...

It's good to get the profile of this nice looking shrimp so as to see the beautiful markings or patterns on this shrimp. well done on a nice shot.

Elisabeth, Thanks :D

Richard, what plastic stuff are you talkin about?
Took it through the glass. This is my 65 gallon saltwater tank :D

Would you guys be interested in seeing it feed?
This little shrimpy only eats live starfish, yes only, and yes live starfish.
It devours a normal size (about 4~6 inches) starfish within 10 days, alive.

Its eating as I type this and as you read this :D

Not quite as cool...but that's the food chain.

So a starfish can live for 10 days while being eaten? Um...that's kind a' gross. Speaking of which, you might want to look at a pic I posted of a Western Fox Snake eating a fish. It's in the "srange eating habits" category.
