Aug 12, 2006 16:27 | #6 Cheers for the coments and yes i agree the shutter speed was way over the top but i am still learning by my mistakes at the moment had tried some at 1/500 and was ok but will try slower tomorrow.

But if it's head on, or mostly head composure, then you can get away with less movement.
