And what is with the old joy-ride-torching-the-car stuff that happens in the UK. It is virtually unheard of here in canada!

asbo - anti social behavior order.

as for the car, its sad to see but all too common. kids steal them with nothing to do and leave them burnt out. i live in wycombe and we see it all the time.

I used to live in Harlow (that is the Pubic lice on the crotch of england, for anyone taking notes) and i saw it almost daily. It is rather sad. Especially in such a wonderful country!
