Wow - 3 years, 3,000 posts :D

When I signed up I had a G3 and the Digital Rebel had just been announced. My film gear was languishing in the bag. Since then I have learned a whole lot and passed along some of what I've learned in over 30 years of SLR photography.

This is the greatest forum, with a great member community and equally great mods. :D

Here's to many more years of continued great sharing of information!

Have Fun,

Rick

Congratulations Rick,

It is nice to see another one of the Good Old Timers still around and active. I know that over the years you have helped me with your insight and ideas and likewise I have seen your work mature. Good job and keep it up!

Congrats, my friend! You do have great gear. After meeting so many of the DC members these last 8 months, I've gone way crazy on gear and shot more than ever before. This is a great place and you are a really cool guy! I'm really looking forward to meeting with you again. I'm definitely working on my family to go to the meeting in Maryland in September. I have to attend a wedding the week before but I think that Sat is going to work out for me. Jon's coming too. Can you make it?

Ditto Belmondo said.

And from a G3 to 1Dmk2N is quite a journey. Canon would be happy to hear about such a dream customer.

Congratulations. :)

You realise if you post now you'll lose all the nice zeros :p And wow, from G3 to owning what looks like most of Canons range of lenses! Keep up the good work, and remember it's quality not quantify that counts :)
