Living history reenactors are a summertime feature here. They spend the weekend camping near a national park that commemorates a particularly bloody and deadly battle in the American Civil War. Their mission is to assume the identity of a Civil War soldier and tell visitors about his experiences, training and customs. Their stories and costumes always interest me. I thought I'd share some of the flavor with you. C&C always welcome.
