Do the blowouts bother/distract you ?

the background isn't that bad, especially in the third, but the over processing is. Looks more like a splotchy porcelin doll that a person

#1, blowdout does hurt, atleast to me. #2 is better & #3 is best out of three. Eyes do standout in #2 but they dont look natural.

the PP is really extreme.. their faces look like plastic.. maybe a ligher, more natural hand?..

Yes, the blowing it out does(when it shows up on the individual or something in their near background like the bricks). Don't shoot anytime between 11am and around 3pm in direct sunlight. Remember, noon is when the sun is at its highest. Your shadow is at its smallest then. That's when you get the "racoon" eye effect.

Use shade with fill flash or reflectors. And tone down the post processing.

Yep, they really distract. A fill flash is needed in such hard sunlight.

Places where detail is lost. On your camera, if you look at the histogram, and see flashing areas on the camera, that is where your highlights are blown out/overexposed.

Avoid shooting in direct sunlight at noon. That is the worst part of the day as far as lighting goes.
