Hello everyone! I, like G35stilez, am a car detailer and also have the canon a610. Right now I have a converter tube, UV filter and a hoya PL filter.

First off the PL filter I bought off ebay seems to worsen my photos rather than enhancing them. Any thoughts? The blues become more grey etc.

I am looking for any suggestions on lenses: telephoto, wideangle etc. I really dont think I need a macro lens but if you had a suggestion It would be great.

I mostly take pictures of cars put would like to eventually take pictures of scenery as well.

Thanks!

Greg

1st of your lens choice is base on your shooting needs and the selection for that camera is pretty limited. BTW I hope you know that Polarizer requires you to turn it to the point where the reflection off nonmetalic object is gone for it to work.

Thanks for the polarizer suggestion. Are there any how to articles dealing with that?

Thanks

Greg

You real just have to keepturning until you see the eg, the sky get darker and the outline of the clouds more pronounce. I don't know how effective it is viewing from the LCD, but with a DSLR you can see it better, I guess.
