I ran into this one, and I had a thread about it a couple weeks ago, but I guess it rolled off.

If you encounter this, one way to test if it is real or not is just click through it without entering your ID or password. Usually you will get to the screen that shows that eBay has removed it, but if it is a real request from eBay you will get the same screen with an error.

I am staying away from ebay.

Anymore its full of scammers. I cant stand that.
