I had the wand and pec pads shipped from him, and got the eclipse from aussie. You can get some of it from wellington photographic now, but they might just sell sensor swabs at a huge markup. It cost me total less than $100 for enough stuff to clean my sensor for a loooong time. As for what can go wrong, check the link in my sig. I have a strong suspicion that my particular issue was sand (or similar) and in all fairness can only be described as "self-inflicted injury" some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

Aug 17, 2006 03:41 | #7 thanks all for the tips, and will do Tim if i get outta control. just freaking a bit as this is my 3rd 20D (can u believe it) in less than a year, 1st one got returned in 15 minutes after big bit of white crusty stuff stuck to mirror when i went to attach lens, 2nd was returned as was full of dust when i purchased it (i believe) and got sensor clean from wps and it came back to me with more crap inside it than when it went in, had to fight for a new one as they didnt want to do it, kinda sucks this whole sensor/dust thing as i dont even take my lens off having only one,
