Anybody have a picture of a 5D with grip or D700/D800 with grip or pro size body in the Billingham Hadley Pro? Thanks!

My D300s with grip attached stretches the Hadley pro a lot.
It's a better though snug fit in my Hadley Digital; I can carry that combo with 18-200vr mounted.

I've been going nuts on the Billinghams. I ended up getting as 335 as well. The 445 is nearing completion so once I get the 335 I'll see how each handles and decide if I will keep both. These bags are addicting.

So I've just bought a new Billingham Hadley Pro in Limited Edition Grey with black straps and leather attachments.

Currently it will hold my Canon 5D3 with 25-105mm attached (minus the lens hood) or the camera with 35mm 1.4 attached (complete with lens hood). As well as the body and lens attached it will also hold a 70-200mm F2.8, a 17-40mm, a 430EX II speedlite, spare battery and lens hoods in the front pockets.

I love it!

Hi,

A company in the UK called Pedlar have an exclusive collaboration with Billingham and make 20 unique copies of a certain colour each year. Once they all sell out they are never released in that colour again - I know they have made them in electric blue last year and they have also made them with a tweed design.

As with anything limited there is an additional cost!! The Hadley Pro Limited edition is £295 whereas the non Limited versions retail around £180. Also the Limited versions do not come with inserts so you need to shell out a further £45 once you have bought the bag!!

That said i love the bag and it should last me a lifetime.

The grey Hadley Pro has now completely sold out but should someone want one of the remaining few larger grey Billingham bags i believe there are only about two left in the world and they are available from here:

I've only glanced through this thread, but here are two quick questions.

Can the 307L carry a 5D3 with a 70-200 2.8 II (attached and face down). If yes, how much space will be left over inside the bag?

Can the outer front pockets fit a 600EX?

Cheers :)

Wow - that gray is really beautiful!

I ended up getting a Ona Bowery instead of the small (half the price of the small and I can use it as an insert in a regular bag) and I really like it. That said, I'm so used to the feel of my billinghams that this isn't even close in workmanship IMO. But it's a nice bag and will be good for when I want a bit more than the digital can carry. Between the pro, digital and bowery I'm set for our disney trip.

That grey color is beautiful!!!! Pricey though but not bad if you already have inserts/dividers and the shoulder pad (I seem to have a small pile of dividers from my 3 Hadley bags piling up).

I've been using my Hadley Small quite a bit now since I've bought a Leica M9.

So glad I bought it as the Billingham Combination/Leica bag is a bit expensive and I don't like the straps as much as the Hadley series.

I love the color but its almost too "good looking" and would probably be too much of an attention getter for me

I think I will be hanging onto mine for a while. Glad I snagged one earlier.
