So..about that 70-200 2.8 IS focus ring...

Does anybody elses's wobble abit when its not set to 1.4m or infinity? I'm scared. My zoom ring is tight as hell..focus ring...not so much.

Both rings on mine are very tight and responsive. Very smooth.

I'm still "conditioning" my battery, its got a fewh ours left til I can take it off the charger. I'll see if engaging the AF drive helps.

both of my rings have the same amount of play. i have sent it back to canon to have this looked at and it came back the same.
