i've read somewhere that it may be a long exposure light trial shot but it sounds like chinese to me :confused:
here is another picture and the guy seems to be using a small lamp to do the writing but i still have no idea how it was made

In a completely dark room set the shutter for 5-10 seconds and a flash too.

The flash will capture you motionless
And then you take a flashlight and "draw" out whatever you want with it.
