Now, you didn't have anything better than those shots to post? with night shots, we use tripod and lowest ISO, long exposure and high ISO are not good friends, so try to shoot when you have time and not in hurry with tripod and cable release or timer, shoot as a serious photographer not just snapshots quickly.

I dare to disagree though. High noise does not make a picture bad as a rule. In the posted shots, it doesn't bother me at all, because they are not stills. Particularly the first of the two grabs my attention. Something's happening in there. And the weather conditions are obvious for those who look. Tells a story. I wouldn't be surprised if technical perfection would harm the shot.
As for shooting in a hurry: some shots require the moment to be caught, at the expense of the 'formalities'.

^^^ WOW, Scotland and England sure have dream landscape beauty, i never regret visited Scotland before, hope to visit again and England too, i will have great time shooting outdoors there.
