Well i'm going to be offshore for the next 10 days with NO CAMERA to test the lens. HAHAHA I hate it when this happens.

A week ago I recieved my 30D and had to send it back because the RAW files ware all messed up.
So here I am with a 50 1.4 and a 24-105 L and a 580 flash waiting for the camera to return.

It's a terrible feeling to be without a camera. I'm even not married so ...
We understand each other, don't we? ... ;)

I don't know that it's a matter of "need". I have 4 DSLR bodies now - 10D, 20D, 5D and 1DMkIIN - I don't need all those bodies - I'm just really bad at parting with old equipment.

I sold my D30 when I got my 10D (and moved my D60 to backup). But, when I got my 20D in 2004, I just continued to hang on to my D60 until just a few weeks ago. I bought the 5D a couple of days ago, and I really should sell the 10D, but I don't have to, and I'm not in any rush to do so. If some one offers me a decent price for it, I'll sell it, otherwise I'll probably give it to a family member.

in fact i didn't want to get 30D, but because it is cheap and my dad got me some money so i went for it.
in fact i got 350D before, and i was looking to get 1D MarkIIN and FF 1D-series thats all.
so i did half way now, just i will get 1D mark2N first as it is fast camera for wildlife, sports and actions, then i love FF which will be either that new model or 1Dsmark2 and thats all, i am not planning to get 20D, and 5D and 400D and so much, so i know you can't believe but i know what to take.

and mostly i can use any of my cameras if i need it wether it is old or new.
i got 2x 1.6 crop body, next 1.3x crop body then last is full frame, i know each one will be useful in some conditions.
i forgot to say that i am learning to do some studio shots as i may open a studio, so i need pro bodies, what do you think?
