welcome, you might help us with some more details, did you print them, did you order them? what paper, what printer, where are they stored

all this plays a part, though a high quality printer and ultrachrome inks should last for decades atleast.

There are sprays you can coat the prints with to increase print life

Sorry to hear about your printing problems - that can be frustrating. What is "green" inkjet paper? I have an R1800 and all of my (Epson) paper is glossy bright white or matte white.

Is it possible you have some sort of "old" or contaminated paper? Also, I was not aware there were 3rd party truly "compatible" inks for the R300, although admittedly I could be in error on this. I'm not familiar with your inks - were they inexpensive, or priced similarly to the original Epson inks?

Problems like this were very common back when photoprinters first came out, and still persist on some machines today with some supplies. But with the high quality Epson papers and inks out there, a print should last for decades without degradation if properly cared for.

Give us a few more clues and we may be able to help more - good luck!

3rd party inks are most likely the problem, they are not the same as the epson inks, even if they do work. You lose color consistency and longevity

The fact that the manufacturer is called "Green", could that mean that perhaps they use either recycled or low grade pulp in formulating their photo papers? Just a speculation...
