The MP-E65 can't really be grouped with the rest of those lenses, it's a highly specialized macro lens that can't be used for any other photography. At small apertures (typical for macro use) there was no significant difference, if anything the Canon was slightly sharper and contrastier. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the macro lenses as far as optical quality goes, you have to weigh in other characteristics to pick your favourite.
