Im looking to Purchase this pack soon and I wanted to know if anyone here has one and what they think about it? Ive searched On Fredmiranda.com and they have a review of the previous model and I didnt know if they were the same packs inside but maybe only changed the exterior (I like the revised pack looks 10X MORE).

I'm also looking for the cheapest place to purchase, so if any one knows please pass on the savings  . These pictures are from Burton.com and I hate that I cant see the whole Pack so if someone can post pictures I would appreciate it.

Thanks for anyone's input!

Don't have personal experience with this backpack but I've owned 2 other burton packs and they are solid. A little on the expensive side however but so is all other snowboarding related gear. Cheers.

Thanks kevin. I Also own quite a few thing from burton and they are quality.

Now that I look at it alittle better it looks very similar to the 2006 model up front but the side pockets looked to be different.

Congrats! Take lots of pictures, i'm interested to see how it is. I'm an avid snowboarder and would love to have a bag to cushion my camera bringing it up there. At the moment I'm just throwing it in a dakine bag with some clothing to protect it. It does it's job but I'm still scared of breaking it haha.

I also have Dakine HELI PRO Large pack that fits perfect. I used it to hold my equipment but it was to narrow and didn't have enough pockets. I also have a Matix bag with tons of pockets and tons of room but it just doesnt hold my loose equipment all that great, I was going to make custom inserts to hold the equipment like a regular camera bag but I decided on the Burton pack becasue it is a dedicated photography pack that is water resistant, has enough pockets, similar in size to the Dakine and opens from the rear. So the Burton just sounded like it fits the bill the best. I know it cost more but I shouldn't skimp out especially when I know I cant afford to replace my equipment. When I recieve it ill make sure to have tons of pictures up.. Wish me luck.

Ok just as a quick update-

Im returning this bag because its starting to fray inside the camera compartment and some of the sewed in valcro is starting to get pulled off. I also didn't care for the way the Harness came from the middle of the pack, rather then the top (you could see it in the picture with the equipment). For me the harness felt weird at first but I was able to make them alittle less awkward with the top adjustments. also on the harness I didn't like that the pocket on the waist is see threw (but it is bigger then the Dakine Sequence). Being a new pack I guess, but I hate that the felt like lining is starting to cover some of my CLEAN equipment.

The things I did like about it, is it's very compact and I could still fit a 30D,10-22,70-200 2.8, 24-70 2.8, 50 1.4, a 100-400 (if I dont place a body and lens connected together) and maybe a flash. I liked that the padding is flexible and they give 3-4 extra dividers to make it to your liking. The pockets in the rear cover are bigger, The waist belt is actually bigger and longer making it feel alittle more comfertable when connected. (compared to the Dakine Sequence)

All in all this is a good pack but I think for $120.00 I expected better quality (especially from Burton). I wish the straps were on top and maybe alittle thicker, the material inside was different, Also the front little pocket is a pain to get to.

If anyone has any questions let me know and ill try and answer them.
Thanks for looking.
