Hi all,
I'm almost sure I want to buy myself the Metz 60CT-4 for all my wedding and event work (currently use the Metz 54MZ-3, and this would go on my second camera body).
The Metz 60CT-4 would be used on the EOS 10D, and then on any new digital model that Canon might bring out next year. I would mainly be buying it for its Auto-thyristor mode, for those weddings and functions that people just have to have at night!
During the day, I'd probably just end up using the 54MZ-3 in E-TTL mode for fill flash, rather than dialing the compensation with the 60CT-4.
I'm all for the 60CT-4 for the power, the even light distribution, and the overall quality of light (I *love* Metz flashes!). The cons would be the weight and the weight, and, well, mostly the weight. Also, the weight would be a major pain in the neck!
So, if anyone here has good or bad experiences with the Metz 60CT-4, I'd like to hear them! Also, what is the trigger voltage on these things?
