I'm very much on the early steps of the photography ladder and feel I now need to go to the next stage (step).

My next step is the post processing of my images. I have all the computer equipment, I have the books and manuals, I even purchased Photoshop over 12 moths ago, but I'm yet to have the inclination to properly sit down and learn everything.

What's your next step? And how soon do you hope to get there?

My next step is to build a solid wedding portfolio and develop a website for my portrait and wedding business. I'm doing this slowly over the next year so as to have a diverse body of work to show potential customers.

I've been working on a photo project on old cemeteries for about a year now. I hope to complete the shooting this winter and then mount an exhibition and possibly print a book next year.

My next step is to gear a branch of my website towards a hockey portfolio and solicit business from coaches for the upcoming season.

Oddly enough I am also working with models and I have a cover to design for a journal...I seem to be pushed in many directions right now but I am enjoying the challenge.

Cheers,

Symes

Practice studio lighting more than anything else. I am also developing a fascination with the idea of going retro with 645 MF cameras (turns out they're now dirt cheap because of the mass exodus to digital).

My next step, and it wont be for a while (mid-2007 at least), is purchase a 30D and enter into the foray that is SLR-dom. Then, who knows?

Until mid-2007 I want to at least have won something with my photo's... anything at all and I'll be happy.

My next step is to transition my autocross photography hobby into a venture that earns enough to pay for our hosting fees.
