B&H wire transfer

Hi all.
Finally i got my credit card yesterday, and when i tried to order from BH with about $3700 they rejected my order because my card can't work, so then i called our credit card Bank to ask about my card, they told me it is working perfect but i can't buy with more than $2000 in one cash, so i have to divide it which is impossible on BH site, so the only way i think is to send viw Bank Wire Transfer.
my question is: what are the requires informations or steps for ordering by using wire transfer? a friend in my area told me that he ordered a macro 100 lens by choosing US Mail and worked fine, but i will order more than $3000, is it possible with US Mail method or i have to choose UPS only? with US Mail no taxes as the friend told me, but with UPS there is a tax, but i am worry to buy by wire transfer as how they can know that i send money or not, and if sent how they know it is me? i sent many messages to BH and i chatted live as well, but all answers were difficult to understand, and the problem is that i don't have full money to send it all via wire trnasfer, but with credit card i can pay monthly no problem but i can't use it now, too bad.
so what do recommend me people? i hate to wait weeks when using money wire transfer, by credit card it is just few days maximum 1 week.

Note: i live in United Arab Emirates, means international Shipment.

i was going to order through B&H with an order over 1500USD and was told i had to WT the funds, the only way i was going to be able to do it with my CC was to make a cash advance withdrawl through the bank for the WT, the issue for me with that was i would incur a fee for the cash advance and for the WT which ended up being more for the goods than paying for them locally (we pay tax too for anything over 1000).

As far as them knowing its you, B&H will supply you with an order/invoice/quote in a pdf file which has both a custom reference number and order number, when you WT the funds you will need to put the order number in the desc line, as for taxes and not shipping with UPS i am not sure i am using UPS for all my orders

I ordered 1 month ago with my dad's CC up to $4000 with no problem at all even his CC is same as me (Gold CC), but i don't know why thats happen with me. I can withdraw cash from my CC then transfer it, but i am very worry about wire transfer as i didn't buy by this way before at all, and i don't know how long it will take to checkout and acceptance and so, and should i send all required information with money transfer or separated (before sedning money or after), so really i feel very worry about it., the only way is to use someone else CC i know if possible then i withdraw a cash from my CC and give him.
