Walking back down to Grassington after a jaunt along the limestone pavements.
Canon 1Ds MKII, 1/30 sec @f11, ISO50, 180mm macro lens, 1.4 TC, tripod.
The reason I used the 180 mm macro was it was the only long lens I had in my bag at the time, and with the 1.4 TC, it gave me the perspective compression I wanted in the shot.

Very nice! What's the little bright dot just to the right of the white buildings (brightest in the first shot)? It looks like a light as it doesn't seem to be a reflection, pretty bright though in all the dark there!

Nice tones in that there mist. Are we using a filter? The colours are so mellow.
