I'll have to start a thread to see what people think I'll buy/sell next. What do YOU think?

Congrats! I just found this thread. Looks like everyone's been here already (well anyone that anybody).

Ronald, the 300 2.8, of course. You really need it.

I think Ronald needs an XT w/ kit lens (not that these items are bad, I have them). He can only shoot with that for 3 months. Then maybe he can be satisfied with his other gear.

Ron, nobody is bashing you. it is your money and you are free to do with it as you wish. i just found some of your comments a bit funny in this thread like the comment about Dante trying to justify his purchase. you of all people should know that if a person wants to just buy things for the hell of it, than it is their right.

Nah, a 300D and a 30mm for 6 months. ;) Heck I have been shooting with only a 300D for 2+ years...

Ron, that's where you and I AGREE completely. I am really surprised at Dante, selling off perhaps the holy trinity of zooms. He should have just raised the price of his cheeseburger, cut the amount of meat in it, and he would have had the dough for the lens in no time, without selling off any.

I could not imagine being without zooms. Now, MDJAK, repeat after me: There's no way I would sell my zooms to acquire my dream lens. There's no way I would sell my zooms to acquire my dream lens. There's no way I would sell my zooms to acquire my dream lens. There's no way I would sell my zooms to acquire my dream lens. There's no way I would sell my zooms to acquire my dream lens. There's no way I would sell my zooms to acquire my dream lens. There's no way I would sell my zooms to acquire my dream lens. There's no way I would sell my zooms to acquire my dream lens.

There, I'm finally starting to believe myself.
Dante, you lucky man, you.
