Having a Joe Cornish moment.

Very nice shot of a really scenic area......I have been to Staithes but before I was into photography along with Robin Hoods Bay....must get back sometime.

I remember reading about when Joe took this image. If I remember correctly, he had spent a fruitless day trying a different location and decided to chance heading down the Staithes. He only just got there in time to catch the light, set up his camera (a horseman I think) and only managed to make 2 or three exposures before the light disappeared. Sometimes you need a bit of luck to go along with the experience.

Love the shot, Les. I've never heard of Joe, but if you would have told me his image was yours I would have believed you.
