I'm looking to buy Photoshop Elements 4.0, and they have it for $44.00. It is CD only, but that still seems like a very low price. Has anyone bought from them before? I've tried searching online, but no one has anything to say about them. I just want to make sure I don't buy anything illegal or get scammed. Thanks!
