I took these of my 4 month old niece this morning. I don't have a professional setup, but I wish I did. I did the best I could do with what I have, which is a Canon 300D, Sigma 70-200 lens, 430EX flash, some homemade lights and a reflector screen...I shot Raw and adjusted in PP.

Go ahead, critique me please! It's the only way I'll learn

A couple more...I threw the last one in of my daughter holding my niece because we're huge Texas Longhorn fans and they won today!! Hook 'Em Horns!!

They're nice. Look a little too posed for baby pictures imo, and I see why you used the soft focus effect, but I hate it when eyes are blurry. Maybe a little less of the soft focus or so a soft focus layer and cut out the eyes.
