I need to learn to ask better questions.

What I'd really like to know is where the lights were placed in relation to the model. Now we know there were two plus beauty, which was key, fill, was there a hari light?

Looks like you had a large softbox on #3 directly in front of her, camera left. Also looks like a smaller softbox or umbrella far left almost behind her. Perhaps that's a reflector. What was the placement camera right? Angle to the model...
