Went in today and traded the 30d for full frame 5D.
You get a full 30D purchase credit towards the upgrade.
I usually use just three lenses so that should be good to go.
No need for 17-40f/4L. now
And my focal lengths are on.
Thats what happens when you shoot since age 17 with 35.

I don't know, I can't wait to try my 17-40L on full frame =)

But your lenses are nice for the 5D. 28-105 should be very usable. Now maybe consider trading her up to 24-105L :D

Too much gear...
take nothing but pictures .... kill nothing but time .... leave nothing but footprints

Whadda ya mean "no need for the 17-40"? I love my 15-30 Sigma on the 5D.

Cheap, maybe. You're never too old.

Well I had the deal to use the 30D for a few days(maximum21) and then IF I didn't like it 'cause its a cropper(1.6) I could trade up.
Actually depends on the deal in the store when you purchase the unit.
Make no mistake!!..... the 30D takes very good pictures BUT the 5D is awesome!! full frame with 28mm focal lense....Ah!
