i dunno if anyone ask this before but anyways this is a question .. i have an assignment and it requires us to take pictures of our subjects (human) with these composition..

leading line
shape and pattern
foreground frame
shadow
reflection

can anyone give me any idea or anything ? like what's the best angle and the best area and place to take?

The idea of the assignment is for you to learn how to use each of those elements effectively - but first you have to understand what they mean. How best to then incorporate your subject into the compositional frameworks given, i.e. your question about angle, area, and place to take, is entirely dependent on you. No one can answer your questions because it's subject to your locale, your skill, and your understanding of the assignment. If you ask about specific compositional techniques, I'm sure we'll be able to help you more. I have a couple of tutorials on my personal website you might find interesting - but a warning is in order - the tutorials are not work safe:
