Where can I buy the little foot that comes with a canon flash?

I've googled everything I could think of; and I'm getting nothing.

Canon AND 3rd party seem to not make this; and I didn't get one with my "Everything's there that was in the box" 580; and I don't think I'll get one with the 420 I just ordered.

At this point I don't have umbrellas; nor extra tripods to use the little steel gizmo B&H sells with the tripod mount + umbrella rod holder.

I'm just looking for a little foot for the flash to slide into; and maybe threads on the bottom for later; but I'm more looking for the foot so I can put a flash on the ground..

Ideas?
