Excellent expression on the Referee's face: "You just got whooped by a girl, son!"

Great photo but I'm afraid I find the frame far too distracting.

EVERYONE!!

Keep in mind that, even though the shot is great, this is a very old thread and all the compliments will go unheard, as the OP, PhotogJeff has been inactive since October 2006, almost 2 years ago.

Rad

PS - there are a lot of nice shots on the second, third or fourth page back - comments on those shots will be read by the shooter!

I'm glad this was bumped up and I now have a chance to see it.

This shot is great.

If "Yosemite Sam" had a real Canon, he'd shoot that rabbit every time! Come spring, my ferret and I are loading the 40D and, well... we're going weasel hunting. ;)

Great photo. Girls develop faster than boys, definitely physically and sometimes mentally, until they hit puberty and then the trend reverses. We have twins, a boy and a girl, and right now (6.5 yrs) the girl - and many other girls at school - is taller and stronger (and he's pretty tall & strong for a boy his age !).

The original photo is absolutely amazing, too bad the OP has disappeared.

This is classic Norman Rockwell type of thing -- love it. Old post but worth the look.

What an incredible shot. Every character in the shot is defined so perfectly without words. The ref's face is priceless, but so is the girl's. She looks as though she almost feels bad for the boy.
