Hello everyone.

I haven't posted many images on this website, as I am relatively new to photography. Earlier on yesterday my girlfriend and I were taking a walk by the river and I decided it would be a good idea to take some photos of this old man fishing on the dock - it was the most amazing thing I had ever seen. Am still working on those photos - crops, levels, etc, but in the meantime, my girlfriend was sitting on the grass admiring the waterways and I just turned around and snapped this. What do you guys think?

very nice, I would have liked to see a bit more grass under her, but other than that it's an excellent shot.

Here's what I think. The whole time you were snapping the fisherman, she was thinking to herself "why isn't he taking pictures of me." Women love the be 1. the center of your attention, 2. admired through photographs. Nice picture and forgive me if I seem nosey...
