Jamie I drive a "disco blue" honda CRV, looks close in color to Silvee. I don't know what the real paint color is called, I just call it that.

That's funny Crissa!
Silvee is Daytona Blue. The same as seen on Nissan 350Z's.
I am just glad to have her home. Got to get some coil overs and get her "slammed"

She looks great Jamie!! And hey....didn't you once (long time ago) share a video of silvee with us? You could do another one... we wanna hear her. ;)

Crissa: I'll bet some of those places offer great opportunities for pictures!

with all these new games to keep up with its hard!

I personally need a weekend or three of shooting for some new pics anyways.

That is a fact! I'm in danger of becoming a copy-cat serial re-poster

But first, must come out from under the dreaded photo-block:(

Edit: Jaime, did I miss a post of Silvee somewhere?

I thank you very much. I will get some better shots this weekend. Just took a quicky this morning. Besides she looks like a 4x4 with out the coil overs. Therefore I did not want to shoot any 3/4 shots or anything.

Cat, that restoration looks very nice. I too would like to know the story about it.

Restoration work.
TPBM shows something that was less time consuming than this was.

Fabulous job, Cat...look like it took a lot of time, are your eyes buggy?

Silvee is Daytona Blue.

She looks fantastic, Jamie...can't wait to see your artistic flare on future pictures.

I am going to go to some of the places listed on this site to shoot,

Should be some interesting shots and fun to experiment...think I would opt for daytime shooting/visiting as well.

Thanks guys. Sadly I dont have too much of a story. It was a job for someone who works with a friend of mine.
She is about my age, and this is a photo of her great great grandmother, and her great grandmother from Romania. It was severely damaged, and she couldnt find anyone to fix it, so I told her I'd give it a shot.
I'm hoping she will like the outcome, I'll take her the finished photo tomorrow.
Took me only a few hours (and yes, my eyes are a bit buggy)

Jim: I have the original photo that I scanned.
And now I have about 10-15 copies on my hd, because I would periodically save my progress, and I tried 3 or 4 different final looks.

I can't imagine the amount of work that was. Do you have a good/bad estimate of the time spent.

If you have lots of time to kill, I have lots of PPing needing done.
