Just caught up on TPBM.
Crissa: That is a cool church pic! I just love the stonework, and great reflection! I am hoping to get some church pics tomorrow, there's a really neat old church near me that would be a great b&w!

Hello all...we took full advantage of our beautiful day yesterday, shooting my nephew's football coach, this is his "last year" coaching and nephew's parents want us to put together a photo montage. Then we took our Christmas card picture, doing some PP trickery with that one. While out and about I experimented with in camera painting, don't know if that is what it is really called, but the results look like a painting to me. Then went in to the sub-burbs for dinner with friends. So I took lots of pictures through the car window. Got some funky light trails.

Hopefully today I'll find the time for WWPD shooting, packing for T&L weekend, and PP from yesterday. Oh, yeah, better make sure my checking account has sufficient funds and make any necessary transfers before taking off on Thursday.

Sounds like you had a great day Becky! (Although I don't think you should admit to shooting your nephews coach on a public board. Incriminating evidence ya know)

I'm going to have to try camera painting. ;) I love the results you all have come up with.

Bet you are looking forward to your T&L weekend. Are you Thelma? Or Louise? ;)

Mere words cannot discribe how much I'm looking forward to this weekend...especially after last Thursday and Friday:rolleyes: . Guess I'm Louise, since I asked to speak to Thelma, when my niece answered the phone a couple of days ago. Think I confused her, but; at least she didn't tell me I had the wrong number and hang up on me:lol:

Need some feedback, please. A couple of days ago, I came across the dreaded Red X on a couple of my own posts. Didn't think too much of it since the pictures appeared after I did a refresh. Lonnie just PM'd me and said he wasn't seeing my pictures unless he manually pastes the address into his browser bar, anyone else been having problems with my pictures? I need to let Curtis N know what is going on so he can investigate further. Thank you.

Yeah, Becky. Very odd. I couldn't see the last picture you put in the pick and chose thread. But, when I just went back to check, I could see it!!

Thanks, Pete, Curtis N couldn't see it on the office computer either until he right clicked the Red X and chose, "show picture". It is good he can see what I'm talking about, now if we can fix the problem.

Since we use the same web site, just different galleries, I'll see if he did a recent post and if his gallery is having any issues.

It is in the desert just outside Las Vegas. The US Navy used it to practise aircraft carrier landings and takeoffs during WW1. It is also where they filmed the last scene in Thelma & Louise.
