When is nifty getting to you Wu? I would imagine mine is sad these days as I haven't taken the Tamron off since getting it.

I always think of you when shooting a refleciton as well, funny.

Nifty should be here sometime this week. Not real sure what I will show him other than the ren faire. Had hoped to be working on the latest project but haven't any desire.

I'm glad you like your Tammy. I am sure I will like mine once I start putting him through is moves. He's been on the 30 since august but. . . .

I miss my 100. my enlarging diopters don't fit the tammy so no macro for me. did buy a flash to take up room in my bag.

Nice to know I'm thought of. Hope it is all good. ;)

What is the ren faire?

At my press event today there was one guy walking around with what I imagine was either the 35L or the new 50 1.2, I couldn't really get a good enough look but it was really BIG for a prime. He switched between that and the 70-200. The other was shooting Nikon so I dunno, lol. I shoot at events with her a lot and I actually love how quiet her shutter is. We have one guy running for re-election who is currently under indightment (sp) and our running joke was who would get the best shot before he goes to prison, lol.

Hey Thelma & Louise, stay away from this place.....

Don't think that will be a problem in Ft. Lauderdale, but; we might drive into the Everglades:D Just think of the photo ops.

HI Zane and all.

Hey Wu, like the others, I was purposely composing shots today with the reflection in mind.

Evening all *waves* It has been a trying day today  Found something interesting to try in PP and spent about 3 hours trying to figure it out. Finally got a handle on it, now I have to paste my hair back on my head

While out and about I experimented with in camera painting, don't know if that is what it is really called, but the results look like a painting to me.

I just finished Bryan Petersons 'Understanding Digital Photography' and guess what? He uses the same techinique and calls it 'Shutter Painting' LOL!
So, are ya gonna post some?
