Puds, I love this TR series.

How do Claire and Sari like being called 'strange'  ;)

I kinda like it, too. Unfortunately, there's a ton slated. I hope you guys don't get bored with 'em too soon....

I haven't had any fallout from the Claire/Sari thing yet. They usually don't come on until later. At least Claire doesn't come on till later. Sari is hit and miss nowadays; I wonder if she'll even see it....

OK, I think we've got it.

Drive to Grand Junction the first night. Only a 5 hour drive.
Then on to Montrose for the 4th of July activities. (I'll have to call tomorrow, all offices with information are closed right now)

Then to the Black Canyon, and some other area attractions. They all sound beautiful...."owl creek pass","Mesa verde national park". Tons to do.
Then visit my grandparents in Arrowhead.

Then the long way home through Canyonlands and Capitol Reef.

Sounds like fun, eh? :D

Any of you Coloradoans close to Grand Junction or Montrose?

I am such a doofus.

I was getting gas, and I tripped, and totally wiped out right there in front of God and everybody.
There's a lot of me... gravity is not nice.

I haven't had skinned knees since I was like 11 or so. :( I'm such a dork.
And it hurts.

I want my mommy and a band-aid.

Oh Cat - I'm sorry. ((hugs))

It was me at the weekend - I fell on the tennis courst while playing with 2 boys and the tennis instructor. EMBARASSING.

It was SO embarrassing.
Why, though?? Why is it embarrassing to fall?

Thanks for the hug. ;)

My boys were very concerned when I came limping into the house, with bloody knees and blacktop covering a large portion of my body. But they got over their concern once they realized I wasn't badly hurt, and I told them the story. That's when they started giggling instead.

And you really don't want to go there. ;)

I can't see that Dan, I look forward to them every day. They have come to be a staple for my existence on POTN. I'm sure most others feel the same way. Keep 'em coming. :)

You got concern? I received SHOCK. They all just stood there staring at me with huge eyes - no one moved, no one spoke. And then I burst out laughing (because it WAS funny and also because I was embarassed) and they STILL just stood there staring at me. It was like slow motion for awhile and then they all ran over to see my injuries. Boys...

You should take a HOT bath - it'll keep you from being quite as sore tomorrow. It really does help.

I'm off to a meeting. :) Everyone behave (good and bad behavior are both acceptable ;) )

When did they take the roller coaster down?

They shut it down in December, 2005. There are a couple new rides up there now that shoot people over the edge and leave you hanging there for a while.

My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.

That's about four hours from Denver, on a good day... and I only get the 4th off... so probably not gonna work on my end. It's all beautiful country with lots of wonderful landscape shots. Be sure to take a good WA lens. :D

As with boys, the later rendition from them will include sound effects.

I don't think I'd hurl. Of course, I don't think it's possible to hurl when you've just died of a heart attack.
