Wow, that is expensive. We just cherries at the farmers market for $1.99, and that is in Canadian Pesos. Lots of great priced fresh fruits and veggies at this time of year. I love it.

On a stupider note, I took my camera and a couple lenses along. Damn thing does not record images well without a CF card.
I haven't done that in ages, and none were available to but around there. I think I will throw some of many 8-256k cards in every bag and leave them there, just for instances such as this. I have a wallet for all my 1-4G cards.

We hate the heat, too. But won't you be at the coast? It's much cooler there. We're over the Coastal Range in the Willamette Valley. It gets hot over here.

I've considered putting a 1 gig card in my wallet and just leaving it in there... just in case. However, I don't know what that would do to the poor thing over time.

Crissa: For someone who lives in the "Garden State", you guys have some pretty high prices on your produce!! I think I could pick up that stuff cheaper at the grocery store. Nice shots, though. Maybe next Saturday I'll wander down to our Market and take some shots.

Yep, thats from the back yard. After an afternoon in the sun staining the decking, ripping out unwanted shrubbery and doing the lawns...

everything is way overpriced where I live, nature of the beast I suppose.
